We’re seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team and help ensure every vehicle is presented to customers in showroom-quality condition.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work on your feet throughout the day
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior detailing or automotive cleaning experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, detail, and polish new and used vehicles for sales display, customer delivery, and service loaners
• Perform quality inspections on all detailed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership appearance standards
• Thoroughly clean engine bays as directed — removing debris, applying degreaser, washing, and drying for professional presentation
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, consoles, and interior glass
• Apply waxes, sealants, and dealership protection products including ceramic/graphene paint coatings and fabric protection according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Clean and dress tires, wheels, wheel wells, and exterior trim to maintain showroom presentation
• Assist the body shop with minor cosmetic repairs when needed (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detail bays, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with lot organization and staging vehicles for display, test drives, service, and customer deliveries
• Transport vehicles between dealership buildings, offsite lots, or vendor locations as needed
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, debris cleanup, and maintaining safe customer walkways during winter months
• Complete assigned safety training and follow all dealership safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
