At Greenway Ford, we’ve proudly served Morris, Minooka, Channahon, Ottawa, Wilmington, Joliet, and the surrounding communities since 1967. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Remote Experience Team and are seeking dependable, customer-focused Pick-Up & Delivery Drivers.

This role is essential to delivering a convenient, high-quality service experience by bringing the dealership directly to our customers. You’ll work in a professional, team-oriented environment that values reliability, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers safely and on time
• Shuttle customers to and from their homes or workplaces
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding timing and logistics
• Perform vehicle condition checks before and after transport
• Utilize recap software to check in vehicles before and after transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism when operating customer vehicles
• Assist with occasional parts runs for Service and Parts departments
• Support Mobile Service operations and routing throughout the day
• Drive primarily local routes in Morris, Minooka, Channahon, Ottawa, Wilmington, Joliet, with occasional trips throughout the greater Chicago suburbs
